Who are and what does a Guidian actually do?

We Guide… yes, it is as easy as that.

We have a team of Physio's, OT’s, Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitian's and EP’s who do the magic face to face (or via Telehealth when COVID gets in the way).
As well as a team supporting them from behind the scenes so they can focus on what matters!

Our Guidians focus on the individual and what they need so just as no two people are the same, neither are two days.

We like to mix it up and keep things fun and engaging with some healthy competition thrown in, which is how our cross-site comps and R.I.S.E awards kicked off!

- Have you ever seen a 88 year old compete in weightlifting?
- Someone with one leg smashing it in the long jump?
- A non-ambulant 2 assist person start walking unassisted and completing marathons through Tokyo (virtually)?

Help Deliver One of Our Biggest Recruitment Projects

We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join Guide Healthcare on an 8-week full-time contract to support the rollout of a major national project.

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruitment role where you'll be focused on sourcing, screening and securing Allied Health professionals across Australia. If you enjoy working at pace, thrive under deadlines and love seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining business-as-usual recruitment.

You'll be joining an experienced recruitment and leadership team to help deliver an exciting national project with ambitious hiring targets over the next eight weeks.

Your focus will be on identifying quality clinicians, moving candidates quickly through the recruitment process and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to commencement.

You'll have strong systems, established recruitment processes, marketing support and an experienced team around you, allowing you to focus on what you do best—finding great people.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple Allied Health vacancies
- Source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, JobAdder database and proactive headhunting
- Screen and interview candidates




- Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate vacancies
- Manage offers, contracts and candidate communications
- Complete reference checks and pre-employment compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within our JobAdder CRM
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the recruitment and leadership team to achieve project recruitment targets

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruitment environment and can quickly build rapport with candidates.

You'll also bring:

Essential

- Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment experience
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- Full Australian working rights with the ability to commence immediately

Highly Desirable

- Healthcare, Allied Health or disability recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting clinicians or other professional roles
- Experience using SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
