About the position:

Our client is looking for an experienced Locum Sonographer to join our clients' team from 4 January to 2 July 2027.

This six-month placement offers the opportunity to work across a broad general ultrasound caseload within a metropolitan public health service. You will support patients with a variety of clinical presentations while working alongside experienced imaging and healthcare professionals.

The position operates across a seven-day roster and includes staggered shifts, with start times from 8:00 am and finishes up to 6:00 pm. On-call participation is also required. Any relevant leave dates will be communicated prior to contract signing, providing clarity around the placement before commencement.

This role would suit a confident general Sonographer looking for a substantial locum term,



metropolitan exposure and the convenience of working in Adelaide without committing to a permanent position.

Key Requirements:

- Current ASAR accreditation as a Sonographer
- Strong general ultrasound experience
- Confidence working across a varied metropolitan caseload
- Ability to participate in a seven-day rotating roster
- Availability for staggered shifts and on-call requirements
- Current National Police Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong communication, teamwork and patient care skills
