Are you an experienced Landscaper looking to work on high-end residential projects where quality really matters?

Our client is a well-established, owner-operated landscaping and construction business specialising in premium structural landscaping, including stunning pool surrounds, entertaining areas and custom outdoor living spaces.

They are looking for a qualified and experienced Landscaper to join their growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across high-quality residential projects from site preparation through to final completion.

About the Role
You’ll be working alongside experienced supervisors, contractors and other trades to deliver exceptional landscaping projects to a high standard.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Completing a variety of hard and soft landscaping works across high-end residential sites.
- Undertaking structural landscaping including paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting and site preparation.
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and project specifications.
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Working closely with supervisors and other trades to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Taking pride in maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation.
- Communicating professionally with supervisors, contractors, clients and the wider site team.
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys being part of a quality-focused team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or an equivalent qualification.




- Solid experience in structural landscaping, ideally within high-end residential projects.
- The ability to confidently use a range of hand and power tools.
- The ability to read and follow plans and specifications.
- Previous construction site experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable, positive and can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Good physical fitness and a robust commitment to safety.
