We are currently seeking a Project Supervisor with multiple disciplines, across civil, electrical, mechanical and structural.

Title: Project Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Dec/Jan 2027
Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off, 12 hours a day
Location: Across all sites, Port, Rail & Mine - Roy Hill

Duties:
While the Project Supervisor's primary discipline is civil, the role is responsible for supervising and coordinating multidisciplinary project works. This includes civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and commissioning activities. The incumbent will be expected to progressively develop capability across these disciplines while engaging Project Engineers and relevant technical specialists where specialist advice or verification is required.

* Provide visible field supervision and leadership across all assigned project work fronts, with an initial focus on civil works.
* Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary activities, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and commissioning works.
* Develop working knowledge across all project disciplines, including relevant drawings, specifications, ITPs, hold points, interfaces and HIO requirements.
* Coordinate contractors, daily activities, permits, isolations, access requirements, plant movements and operational interfaces.
* Confirm that resources, permits, isolations, drawings, work packs, JHAs, risk controls and required approvals are in place before work commences.
* Lead and participate in pre-starts, toolbox meetings, safety interactions and field leadership activities.
* Supervise civil activities, including earthworks, roads, drainage, culverts, concrete, construction pads, access tracks and minor structures.
* Oversee assigned non-civil activities within the boundaries of the role's competence, supported by Project Engineers, authorised personnel and relevant technical specialists where required.
* Monitor contractor safety, productivity, quality and compliance with scope,

schedule and contractual requirements.
* Ensure works comply with approved construction drawings, specifications, ITPs, methodologies and applicable HIO standards.
* Coordinate surveys, testing, inspections, hold points and witness points with contractors, engineers and quality representatives.
* Identify and escalate safety, quality, technical, schedule, cost, access and interface risks in a timely manner.
* Coordinate activities to minimise disruption to Port, Rail and Mine operations. * Work with Project Engineers and discipline specialists to resolve technical queries, field issues and constructability constraints.
* Support inspections, punch-listing, defect rectification, commissioning, completion and handover activities.
* Maintain accurate daily reports, photographs, progress records, completed quantities and contractor resource information.
* Support QA/QC records, red-line drawings, work-pack close-out and handover documentation.
* Assist with progress measurement, timesheet review and validation of contractor claims.
* Maintain effective working relationships with contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and other project stakeholders.
* Actively seek development opportunities across all project disciplines to build the capability required to supervise increasingly complex multidisciplinary work fronts.

Skills and experience
* Demonstrated civil construction or project supervision experience in mining, resources, infrastructure or heavy construction.
* Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage, concrete, construction pads and minor structures.

* Proven ability to provide visible field leadership and uphold safety and quality standards.
* Experience supervising contractors and coordinating multiple work fronts.
* Sound understanding of construction sequencing, work-front readiness and operational interfaces.
* Ability to interpret scopes, drawings, specifications, permits, JHAs, ITPs and work packs.
* Experience monitoring civil works against design, tolerance, testing and quality requirements.
* Ability to identify and escalate construction risks, technical issues and non-conformances.
* Strong planning, communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage changing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate construction record keeping.
* Flexibility to work across Port, Rail and Mine locations.
* Current unrestricted Australian C-class driver's licence.

Desirable
* Civil trade qualification, Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision, Diploma of Civil Construction or related qualification.
* Relevant statutory supervisor qualification or eligibility.
* Experience with mine-site, port, rail, sustaining-capital or non-process infrastructure projects.
* Experience supervising roads, earthworks, drainage, culverts, concrete or remediation works.
* Exposure to survey controls, compaction and concrete testing, hold points and civil QA/QC.
* Experience with multidisciplinary civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and services interfaces.
* Familiarity with HIO or Roy Hill systems and site requirements.
* Experience using INX, SAP, Aconex, Microsoft Teams, Excel and document-control systems.
* Commercial awareness involving progress measurement, timesheets and contractor claims.
