Ramm Botanicals is a medium-sized, family-owned business located on the beautiful Central Coast. We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility producing high-quality plants for both domestic and international markets.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a dynamic team. The position involves all aspects of sales administration and logistics with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. Whilst on-the-job training will be provided previous sales administration experience is highly desirable.

Key Duties:

- Order confirmations

- Create picking slips, invoicing and dispatch documentation

- Enter customer orders

- Book freight and prepare manifests

- Recording stock levels

- Receipting in stock

- Maintaining mailing and sales comparison files

- Answering phones and handling customer enquiries

- General administration tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive, enthusiastic attitude

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment

- Experience in Excel and MYOB Acumatica highly desirable

- Awareness of workplace health and safety (WHS) practices

This is a permanent position offering between 32 and 38 hours per week.
