About The Role:

We are currently seeking Full time and Part-time Registered and Enrolled Nurses to work with our friendly, supportive and highly dynamic community nursing team. The role involves working very closely with clients and their allied health team to ensure they receive the highest level of care in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. You would visit and care for clients while also providing support to their loved ones. F/T and Weekend P/T available.

Responsibilities

- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised

- Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)

- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.





- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

- Conduct Nursing Assessments

Skills & Experience

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA

- Demonstrated clinical experience within community nursing, aged care, primary health, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

- Experience in wound care, medication management, chronic disease management, and health monitoring

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

- Full Australian working rights

- Flexibility to travel between client locations and work a variety of shifts
