The Employment and Programs Team is a hands-on leadership role. Whether you come from education, disability, youth work or employment services, this role lets you lead a supportive team and help participants build life skills and independence.

What Will My Role Entail?
As a Team Leader reporting to the Employment and Program Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality NDIS services and leading program outcomes. You’ll balance leadership, coordination, and hands-on support to ensure participants achieve their individual goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team to deliver structured programs
- Supporting and coordinating participant supports, schedules, and activities
- Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards
- Building strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement and service excellence
About You
You may come from teaching, youth mentoring, VET delivery, childcare, behavior support, disability services, employment services, or community development roles. What matters most is your ability to lead, inspire and support learning. You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Education, Training & Assessment OR 2+ years relevant experience.
- High-level communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of people.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent digital and administrative capability (Microsoft Suite + internal systems).
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with a disability to achieve life, learning and independence goals.
- Current NSW Driver’s License.
- Senior First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

- Hourly rate between $40.49 - $43.42 based on skills and experience
