We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across ECP.

This is a support-focused role, working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain stable, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors ECP module
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
- Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
- Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
- Manage support requests through to resolution.




- Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
- Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
- Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.

Skills Required:

- Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors application/support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with configuration and system enhancements.
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Available to start at short notice.
