About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Business Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers across finance & insurance and aftermarket solutions. As an integral part of our Sales team, you will report directly to the General Sales Manager, helping customers secure tailored finance and insurance packages while delivering exceptional service and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.

This role also provides an excellent opportunity to drive revenue through the sale of Aftermarket Products, in addition to Finance & Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and confidently promote suitable finance, insurance, and aftermarket products

- Manage customer relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth, positive experience that builds satisfaction and loyalty

- Facilitate accurate finance and insurance quotations; prepare and submit applications; liaise with financiers; and manage deals through to settlement

- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver regular reports to senior management

- Work collaboratively with Sales Consultants to maximise penetration and achieve strong team results

- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, After-Sales etc) to ensure seamless processes and support marketing initiatives

- Monitor market trends,



competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and anticipate challenges

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, including ASIC requirements, lending obligations, GST, and taxation standards

- Proactively qualify customer needs and offer aftermarket products that enhance their ownership experience

About You

- Previous experience as a Business Manager in an automotive dealership

- Demonstrated success in achieving Finance & Insurance performance targets

- Strong understanding of consumer lending processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including confident negotiation and closing capabilities, a positive attitude, and strong presentation skills

- Strong sales ability with excellent organisational and time-management skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Financier& Insurer IT interfaces

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)

- A current NSW Driver’s Licence

- Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered
