Reporting to the Learning Technology Team Lead, the Learning Technology Consultant is responsible for providing high-quality customer facing senior support for coordination of training, management of education materials. The role is also responsible for setting a standards framework for quality and consistency across DEECA training, establishing and running a community of practice, and managing learning and development stakeholder relationships.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in developing business rules, processes and policies for course delivery and learning that meet the department’s needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of high level, quality and customer focused services, including managing stakeholder relationships across all business levels.

- Demonstrated experience presenting to all levels of employees and the ability to conduct training and information sessions as required.

- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines as well as high level of verbal and written communication skills.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
