Experienced Architect

Design & Build are partnering with a long standing Architecture & Design practice in Brisbane who are looking for Experienced Architects to join their Health Sector Team. This studio delivers projects across many different sectors such as corrections, commercial, education and police stations, but as their large pipeline of health projects are ongoing and incoming, they are looking to add to their ever-growing team.

About the Role:
This role will suit a confident Architect who is hands on, can document and detail construction drawings and demonstrate their robust background and passion for healthcare projects. Working closely with the directors and senior associates of this team, you will play a key role in helping produce high-quality projects including new build hospitals and extensions, surgery centres, laboratories, clinics and more.





What you need to be successful:

- Minimum of 6+ years' post grad experience
- High proficiency in Revit required
- BIM experience highly regarded
- Must have proven experience in delivering healthcare projects in QLD
- Demonstrated understanding of design, detailing and construction documentation
- Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and construction methodologies
