We're looking for an enthusiastic Casual Store Attendant to join our Monbulk store.

The Role As a Casual Store Attendant, you'll be an important part of creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.

From helping customers find the right products to keeping the store looking its best, every day brings something different.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Helping customers with product recommendations and purchases
- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system
- Replenishing shelves and keeping displays looking great
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
- Working closely with your team to achieve daily store goals
- Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures





About You You'll be someone who:

- Enjoys helping people and delivering great customer service
- Is reliable, motivated and eager to learn
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Brings a positive attitude and isn't afraid to get stuck in
- Is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
