Senior Business Analyst (Squiz Matrix)
3-Month Contract (Hybrid)
Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst looking to join a dynamic environment where you will lead requirement captures, optimise complex processes, and shape key digital solutions within an Agile framework.

What You Will Do:

- Lead the capture and development of business and solution requirements as User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
- Develop and analyze process diagrams utilizing Business Process Management Notation (BPMN).
- Provide business process analysis support to projects through detailed Business Impact Assessments.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage consultations across a diverse set of government and non-government stakeholders.
- Provide expert business analyst advice for project artefacts, including functional requirements, statements of work, and test scenarios.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience in business requirements capture, process modelling, and requirements testing within a government environment.
- Hands-on experience with Squiz Matrix implementations and understanding of its architecture and capabilities.




- Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions through Agile iteration and sprint cycles using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Advanced proficiency with BPMN software and drawing tools, such as MS Visio.
- Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience applying Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies.
