An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Specialist to support a large-scale workforce management transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialist UKG Pro WFM expertise across functional design, configuration, testing and implementation.
- Facilitate design workshops and complete configuration workbooks, system documentation and procedures.
- Translate operational and workforce requirements into practical UKG Pro WFM solutions.
- Support test planning, scenario development, defect resolution, business sign-off and deployment readiness.
- Transfer knowledge to project teams, system administrators and business stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Functional Specialist,



SME or Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of time and attendance, accruals, rostering, forecasting, activities or workforce analytics.
- Experience delivering UKG Pro WFM implementations within a large and complex organisation.
- Solid analytical skills with experience resolving system, configuration, data and process issues.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills.
