We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong gaming knowledge who enjoys creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests.

Your Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll primarily work within the gaming lounge, ensuring all gaming operations run smoothly and compliantly while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Operate and monitor gaming facilities including pokies, TAB, and Keno

- Provide excellent customer service within the gaming lounge





- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Gambling requirements

- Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment

- Assist with food and beverage service if required during quieter periods

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

What we’re looking for

You are a confident and approachable hospitality professional with proven gaming experience and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

To be successful, you will need:

- Proven experience in gaming operations including pokies, TAB, and Keno (essential)

- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)

- Current QLD Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate (essential)

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- A positive attitude and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

- Open driver’s licence preferred
