About the role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging, meaningful and high-quality educational program for our preschool children. You will work collaboratively with educators, families and management to create a positive learning environment where every child is supported to learn, develop and thrive.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver an engaging, meaningful and high-quality educational program for preschool children
- Work collaboratively with educators, families and management
- Create a positive learning workplace where every child is supported to learn, develop and thrive
- Create engaging and intentional learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Support school readiness while recognising the importance of play-based learning
- Take ownership of preschool programming
- Contribute positively to the culture of the centre

About you

- ACECQA - recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Current NESA accreditation/approval to teach in NSW
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)




- Strong programming, documentation and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team
- Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic
