Job Description
The Data Product Manager leads data governance and data management initiatives across the enterprise, with a strong focus on data controls, including data retention, data minimisation, and access management. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to identify and mitigate data risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver scalable data management solutions that support organisational objectives. The role encompasses contributing to data management strategy and roadmaps, managing the delivery of data initiatives in an Agile setting, monitoring control effectiveness through key risk indicators, supporting business case development and prioritisation, providing stakeholder reporting and updates, and championing best-practice data governance and data literacy across the organisation to reduce enterprise data risk and strengthen overall data management capability.
