About the role

Plantrite is a wholesale native plant nursery in Bullsbrook, growing Australia's native flora for landscapes, revegetation and urban greening projects across WA. We're looking for an experienced, permanent full-time Nursery Team Member to join our production team.

Key responsibilities

- Production — seeding, tubing, potting, plant maintenance, grading

- Dispatch — preparing and quality-checking orders

- Irrigation monitoring and basic troubleshooting

- Safe chemical handling and application

- Holding a standard and helping the team hit it

About you

- Certificate III in Nursery Operations, Horticulture, or equivalent hands-on nursery experience (essential)

- Current ChemCert (essential)

- Reliable, physically fit,



comfortable with repetitive outdoor production work

- Willing to participate in a weekend watering roster (not required immediately, but an ongoing part of the role)

- Someone who takes pride in plant quality and wants to keep building on their skills
