Our Chancez Café provides a vibrant and inclusive environment where participants can develop hospitality, customer service, and workplace skills while engaging with the local community.





We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Casual Café Support Workers who share our commitment to person-centred support and community inclusion.

The remuneration for this position will be aligned with SCHADS Award Level 2.

About you

- Has a passion for supporting people with disability.
- Enjoys working in a café or hospitality environment.
- Can build positive and respectful relationships.
- Has solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and professionalism.
- Is committed to inclusion, continuous learning, and person-centred practice

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in hospitality, café, food service, disability, or community support environments.
- Current Food and Safety training

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or a related field.
- Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (highly desirable)
- Willingness to work across two Chancez Café located in Northern suburbs.
