What you'll bring

Must-have

- Experience within property development or a closely related industry.
- Exposure to built form development projects through planning, design, approvals, delivery, or a combination of these stages.
- The ability to coordinate consultants, manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.




- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Nice to have

- Previous experience in a Development role (ADM or DO capacity).
- Exposure to residential, mixed-use, commercial or other built form developments.
- Qualifications in property, planning, architecture, engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
