About the role

Moyola Aged Care in Tatura, VIC is seeking passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team on both part-time and casual basis for morning and afternoon shifts. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our 43 residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

- Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, managing wounds, and monitoring vital signs

- Collaborating with the registered nursing team to develop and implement individualised care plans for residents

- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and personal grooming

- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress

- Promoting a positive and engaging environment that supports the wellbeing and independence of our residents

- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

- Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the aged care sector

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families,



and the wider care team

- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to providing the highest standard of person-centred care

- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting

- Current First Aid and CPR certification
