We are on the lookout for an Senior Leader to take ownership an enterprise Operations and Service Delivery Transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery for current state and future-state operating model and shared services model across several shared functions (Finance, People and Culture, Procurement, Facilities, Property, Legal, Risk and Compliance). You will bring together business transformation, process redesign, enterprise technology, organisational change and supplier delivery to achieve sustainable operational improvements.

Requirements:

- Several years' experience in leading complex, multi-stream business and technology transformation programs.




- Strong experience designing and implementing operating models and shared services transformation.
- Experience delivering transformation across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Property, Legal, Risk or Compliance.
- Exceptional C-Suite stakeholder engagement, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including large program budgets, suppliers and benefits realisation.
- Proven experience leading organisational, workforce and cultural change.
