We are thrilled to be expanding our exciting and vibrant Front Office team and are now looking for a Front Office Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our Front Office and drive overall guest experiences and team performance. This role is hands-on, guest-focused and perfect for someone ready to grow their leadership presence in a luxury workplace.

Your responsibilities include:

- Oversee daily Front Office functions and maximise productivity
- Coach colleagues in line with the Eos brand pillars, ensuring they deliver service with confidence, warmth and consistency.
- Support initiatives that inspire your team and elevate our ‘live extraordinary’ guest experience.
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and thoughtfully.
- Foster collaboration between departments through effective communication.

This role is ideal for someone building a long‑term career in luxury hospitality, someone eager to refine their leadership style, strengthen their business acumen and deliver an unparalleled guest experience every day.

About you





- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and Opera PMS.
- Immaculate presentation and outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Previous management experience with the ability to build and nurture a performance‑driven team culture.
- High attention to detail with superb organisational and administrative capability.
- Previous experience in a hotel environment, or similar, is highly desirable.
- Full availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
