About 360 Access

360 Access is a Melbourne rope access company specialising in facade maintenance, glazing and remedial works at height. We're triple ISO-certified (9001, 14001, 45001) — CBD towers, hospitals, stadiums, live events and the odd regional project.

What you'll be doing

- Glazing and facade remedial work on ropes — glass and IGU replacement, panel repairs, caulking and resealing, leak detection and water testing

- Maintenance and inspection work at height — make-safes, anchor testing support, condition reporting

- Rigging and operating specialist plant: ACX powered ascenders, floor cranes, winches, vacuum lifters

- Working to SWMS and rescue plans — and keeping your logbook and job records up to date

What you'll need

- IRATA Level 2 or 3 (trade-qualified Level 1s with solid logged hours — still apply)

- A recognised trade or proven hands-on background in glazing, caulking, carpentry or another facade trade

- Construction Induction (White Card)



and a current driver's licence

- The discipline to work safely every day, and the head to solve problems 100 metres up

- Clear communication — with the crew on the wall and the client on the ground

Highly regarded

- EWP, Working at Heights or Confined Space tickets

- Qualified glazer

- Caulking experience

- Painting or concrete repair experience

What we offer

- Rates — $60/$67 per hour plus super for qualified trades, allowances on top, paid weekly

- Year-round Melbourne work — Some fly in fly out / Drive in drive out.

- Rope hours across multiple disciplines and backing to progress to Level 3 — we pay for tickets and training for the right people

- Proper kit, engineered rescue plans and an ISO 45001-certified safety system — we do this properly
