? The Role As a Site Support Technician,



you will provide hands-on and remote IT support across FIFO operations, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved safely, efficiently, and within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices and BYOD equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, maintain and repair end-user devices
• Deliver face-to-face and remote support services
• Manage second-level support escalations
• Deploy and support tablets across remote sites
• Support technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Symantec, KNOX and 2FA
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure and Application teams
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders
• Ensure service excellence while adhering to all HSE requirements

✅ What We're Looking For
✔ 2-3 years' FIFO experience in an IT support role
✔ Relevant IT qualifications or certifications
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Experience supporting enterprise-level users and stakeholders
✔ Positive attitude, initiative, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
