Chisholm is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - SMS Transformation Project for our Student System Transformation team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst - SMS Transformation Project, your key responsibilities include:

- Work closely with the various areas of the organisation to document current and proposed business processes and workflows, system, and end user requirements to inform the design and deployment of viable system solutions.
- Develop detailed scoping and business requirements documentation for required user functionality and driving cross functional collaboration with various areas to document any complex processes with multiple touchpoints, whilst providing a view on how to simplify, automate and/or reduce risk of error for future state processes.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect, Technical Business Analyst and Developer to ensure alignment of the business requirements to functional design specifications for system integrations.
- Anticipate, identify, and address issues and potential problems from the project activity and proactively escalate any impacts to project schedule, budget, deliverables and/or scope with recommended mitigation strategies and analyse and document gaps in business process and systems designs
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across business units, project teams and external vendors acting as a trusted advisor to support program outcomes and proactively resolve issues, manage expectations and influence decision making and build consensus to support program delivery.
- Lead testing, training, and implementation activities for Chisholm employees to ensure a successful solution and participate in Go-live support and support after the deployment of the new system. Contribute to program-level planning, prioritisation,



perks realisation and business readiness activities.
- Escalate emerging risks and provide mitigation recommendations to support achievement of program objectives.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed analytical skills in problem?solving, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility and
demonstrated ability to investigate complex issues. You will be experience with the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the delivery of quality system solutions. You will have significant experience leading business analysis activities within large-scale transformation programs. You will also have an understanding and experience with Agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience in using Microsoft applications, including MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook.

Qualifications required for the role:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Analysis.
- Business Analysis training (and/or) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA or equivalent certification.
