About the opportunity
Supporting the Store Manager at the Gold Coast branch, this full time position is responsible for driving retail and trade sales while delivering a high standard of customer service. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you will play a key role in building customer relationships and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

Key responsibilities include providing product advice, processing sales enquiries and orders, maintaining accurate stock records, and contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Duties include

- Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers
- Process sales orders, quotes, returns and exchanges
- Follow up customer enquiries and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintain merchandising and stock presentation standards




- Contribute to digital and social media engagement
- Support the Store Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Stay informed on current products, industry trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company at external events and contribute to digital marketing campaigns

About you
The successful candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, with automotive or motorsport industry exposure viewed favourably. Strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

You will be comfortable working towards sales targets, maintaining store presentation standards, and identifying customer needs. Experience in retail or trade sales is preferred, while digital marketing or social media experience will be advantageous.
