- $34.76 per hour + commission

- Weekend penalty rates applicable

About the Role

This isn't your typical retail role.

You'll be representing a premium brand at the forefront of comfort, wellness, and sleep technology. As the face of the store, you'll guide customers through an important purchasing decision, helping them find products that can genuinely improve their everyday lives.

You'll create memorable in-store experiences, build rapport with customers, and provide expert advice in a welcoming showroom environment.





Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product recommendations

- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations

- Work towards individual and store sales targets

- Maintain a high standard of store presentation

- Assist with enquiries and customer follow-up where required

About You

- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is highly regarded

- A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people

- Available to work weekends on a regular basis

- Driven, positive, and motivated by achieving results

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
