Production Worker / Factory Hand - Glass Industry

The Company

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality custom glass products, including insulated glass units, laminated glass, fire-resistant and toughened safety glass. Based in Knoxfield, they are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals who aren't afraid of physical, hands-on work and are ready to commit to a robust, fast-paced team setting.

This is a physically demanding role and will involve:

- Heavy, repetitive lifting in a safe and controlled environment
- Rapid-paced production work with strict timeframes and daily targets
- Operating within strict OH&S; guidelines, including protected handling of glass products
- Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and immediately reporting hazards or incidents

- Are comfortable with physically demanding, repetitive work
- Have a strong work ethic and stable employment history
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Have basic computer skills and solid attention to detail
- Understand and follow safety procedures at all times
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Own safety boots and a hi-vis vest and are willing to complete a pre-employment medical

Hours and Rates:

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 2.30pm, $38.41 per hour
Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 10.30pm, $46.09 per hour
Night shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10.30pm - 6.30am, $49.16per hour
