What We’re Looking For:

- Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in the Electrical trade and building a career in the industry.

- Education: Minimum Year 11 (with passes in English and Maths). Mature-age applicants with relevant work or life experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.

- Communication Skills: Clear, confident verbal and written communication.

- Motivated & Career Focused: You demonstrate initiative, curiosity, reliability and accountability, and have a drive to learn new skills and develop your potential.

- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to team culture.

- Physical Capacity: Able to perform practical tasks in a variety of environments.

- (Desirable but not essential): Certificate II in Electrotechnology or relevant work experience.
