Real Property WA is looking for an organised, confident and creative Office & Social Media Coordinator to join our Applecross team.

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role combining reception and office administration, rental enquiries, tenancy applications and social media content creation.

The Role

No two days will be quite the same. You’ll be:

· Managing reception, incoming calls, emails and general office enquiries

· Assisting prospective tenants with rental enquiries and applications

· Supporting the Property Management team with leasing administration

· Managing property keys and general office administration

· Creating social media posts, Stories and Reels

· Filming and editing property, team and behind-the-scenes content

· Using Canva and CapCut to create engaging, on-brand content

· Assisting with marketing campaigns, competitions and promotions

· Helping manage social media messages, comments and engagement





· Identifying potential new property management leads and entering them into CRM

· Working closely with our Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator

About You

You’ll be someone who is:

· Friendly, confident and professional

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Comfortable managing a busy phone line and front office

· Confident using Canva, CapCut and Microsoft Office 365

· Creative and genuinely interested in social media

· Comfortable creating and editing short-form video and Reels

· Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

· Proactive, dependable and happy to jump in where needed

Experience in real estate, property management, administration or business social media would be highly regarded.
