We’re currently looking for a Strata Manager to join a well-established property business in Surry Hills on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of strata matters, including:

- Responding to general strata enquiries
- Managing repairs and maintenance requests
- Responding to emails and phone enquiries
- Setting up and coordinating AGMs
- Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
- General strata administration and support

About You:

- Previous experience as a Strata Manager
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing enquiries and day-to-day strata matters
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Property IQ experience highly regarded
- Available to work fully office-based

The Details:

Location: Surry Hills – approximately 5 minutes from Central Station
Hours:



9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Working arrangement: 100% office-based
Systems: Property IQ, Windows & Microsoft Office

Employment: Temp assignment with potential to go permanent
