The Camden Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We’re a busy, high-volume venue looking for a chef who enjoys the energy of a strong service, takes pride in producing quality food and can confidently take ownership of their section.

This is a hands-on role within an experienced kitchen team, with opportunities to contribute beyond day-to-day service through menu ideas, specials, cost control and the development of junior chefs.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard

- Running your section efficiently during busy services

- Maintaining food quality, presentation, portion control and service times

- Managing preparation, stock levels and cleanliness within your section

- Supporting menu updates, specials and food cost control

- Training and supporting junior kitchen staff

- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of two years' professional cooking experience





- Has CDP experience or is ready to step into a CDP role

- Is confident working in a busy, high-volume kitchen

- Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure

- Takes pride in food quality and presentation

- Communicates well and works well within a team

- Holds a current Food Handlers Certificate
