If you’re an experienced Electrician who enjoys fault finding, maintenance and variety rather than doing the same installation work every day, this could be a great long-term move.

We’re partnering with an established and growing electrical contractor looking to add an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to their team. With a strong existing maintenance portfolio and upcoming project work, this is a permanent chance offering stability, variety and room to develop your skills.

We’re also keen to hear from Solar & Battery Electricians who want to broaden their experience beyond residential solar and move into commercial maintenance, industrial electrical and larger renewable-energy projects.

The Role

No two weeks will necessarily look the same. Depending on your experience, you could be working across:

- Planned and reactive commercial maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
- Breakdown response
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Switchboard upgrades and modifications
- Electrical installations and upgrades
- Commercial and industrial project work
- Agricultural electrical systems
- Regional DIDO projects where required
- Solar PV and battery projects for suitably experienced Electricians

There is plenty of overtime available, including opportunities through regional work for those who are interested.

About You

We’re looking for an Electrician who can confidently walk onto a commercial site,



assess an issue and work through the problem rather than relying solely on installation experience.

You will ideally have:

- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- - Strong commercial maintenance background
- Confident fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Experience across industrial maintenance, solar, batteries or renewable energy would be highly regarded, but isn't essential for the right commercial maintenance Electrician.

Additional tickets or qualifications such as Battery Accreditation, ARCtick, Working at Heights or EWP will also be viewed favourably.
