Attention To Dental is expanding our Sydney temp team and we are looking for experienced, reliable and professional Oral Health Therapists and Dental Assistants to join our growing network.

We work with quality dental practices that expect a high standard of professionalism, and we expect the same from every person representing Attention To Dental.

Whether you are an OHT or Dental Assistant, you need to be confident walking into a new practice, adapting quickly, communicating well and contributing positively from the moment you arrive.

- Reliable and committed to every shift you accept

- Confident communicating with dentists and team members

- Adaptable and comfortable working in different practice environments

- Committed to high infection control standards

Reliability, professionalism and communication are essential.

Dental Assistant requirements

Dental Assistants must have:

- A minimum of 12 months Dental Assisting experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK

- Strong chairside assisting skills

- Sound knowledge of Australian infection control standards





- Excellent spoken English and communication skills

- Confidence stepping into an unfamiliar practice and adapting quickly

Experience in general dentistry, surgical, implants, orthodontics, endodontics or specialist practices is highly regarded.

Oral Health Therapist requirements

Oral Health Therapists must have:

- Current AHPRA registration

- Appropriate skilled indemnity insurance

- Relevant Australian clinical experience

- Strong periodontal, preventative and patient education skills

- Excellent patient communication skills

- Confidence working independently within your scope of practice

- A professional and patient-focused approach

Experience in private practice, paediatrics, periodontal care and restorative treatment is highly regarded.
