Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) is part of Risk Management and plays a critical role in protecting our customers, communities and the Bank from financial crime risks. As the financial crime landscape continues to evolve, our team is focused on building and enhancing sustainable capabilities and delivering effective risk management outcomes across areas including fraud, scams and financial crime compliance.
Do work that matters
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to the Executive General Manager, Financial Crime Compliance.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible role that requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, anticipate needs before they arise and build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and calendar management, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced and executed.
- Inbox management, correspondence coordination and managing competing commitments.
- Preparing meeting materials and supporting the coordination of key leadership meetings.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and regulators.
- Coordinating travel, events, offsites and team activities.
- Managing expenses, invoices and administrative processes in line with policy requirements.
- Providing proactive support and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.
- Working closely with leadership team members and Executive Assistants across the Group.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally at EGM or GM level.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex diaries, multiple priorities and changing demands.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.
- Exceptional judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-moving environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office capability, with experience leveraging AI-enabled tools viewed favourably.
- High learning agility and the ability to quickly understand a complex organisation.
