We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at One Harvest in Sydney.
This is an immediate start position for the Day shift 6am on a casual basis within our Logistics department.
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
Ensuring accurate and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing stock
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting with inventory management by conducting stock counts and reconciliations
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines
Reporting any maintenance or operational issues to the relevant stakeholders

RF Scanning
Picking Orders
Loading and unloading trucks
Quality control
Flexibility to work overtime hours as and when required
Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance and HACCP
About you
To be successful in this role you will be required to have the following.
Hold a current forklift licence (high risk)




Experience driving counterbalance forklift (high reach advantageous)
Ability to load/unload trucks and customer vehicles in a Warehouse environment.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment between 2 - 4 degrees.
Flexibility to work on the weekend when needed
