Join a local organisation that puts people first.
At Peoplecare, we're more than a health insurer, we're a purpose-driven, member-owned not-for-profit that exists to make a genuine difference in the lives of our members.
Proudly based in the Illawarra and supporting communities across Australia, we've built our reputation on providing straightforward, value-driven health cover backed by exceptional, personalised service.
People are at the heart of everything we do, from the care we provide our members to the culture we've created for our team.
When you join Peoplecare, you'll become part of a supportive and connected workplace where your contribution is valued, your growth is encouraged, and the work you do every day has a meaningful impact.
Together, we're helping people feel supported, confident, and cared for when it matters most.
As part of our Overseas Visitors Health Cover contact centre team, you'll be the trusted voice our policy holders rely on, helping them navigate their policy with confidence, clarity, and care.
Whether you're answering questions, solving problems, or supporting someone through the Australian healthcare system, every interaction is an opportunity to make someone who is new to Australia days a little easier.

Responding to policyholder enquiries via phone and written channels
Helping policyholders understand their cover, benefits, policies, and claims
Processing policy updates and new memberships
Building positive relationships and creating great outcomes for our overseas policy holders
If you enjoy being busy, thinking on your feet, and helping people every day, you'll love the variety, purpose, and impact this role offers.

At Peoplecare, we invest in your wellbeing, development, and future success.
In return for bringing your best every day, you'll enjoy:
