COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR – HVAC SERVICE

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Service Coordinator / Administrator to join our small team of coordinators and become part of our growing business.
The role is varied and fast-paced and includes fielding customercalls and liaising with field technicians, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure a prompt, efficient response to HVAC breakdowns and maintenance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responding to customer queries
Coordination and scheduling of maintenance and service repairs.
Daily completion of service reports and technician's time allocation, ready for invoicing.




Raising WO/POs for parts and services where required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Experience in an administration/ Coordinator role
Enjoy a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Coordinate professionally with stakeholders
Solid attention to detail
DESIRABLE
1-2 years of experience in a coordination role.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a trades environment such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar.
Experience in scheduling and planning
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
Service management systems training (simPRO desirable)
Microsoft Office programs
