We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Project Managerto lead a large-scale organisational transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment.
This role will lead a complex, enterprise-wide transformation program focused on organisational effectiveness, workforce capability and sustainable business change.
This is a Business Project Manager role, not a technical role.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scaleHR and organisational transformation program.
Drive the implementation ofJob Architecture and Organisational Design frameworksacross the organisation.
Manage project scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and reporting.
Ensure the program aligns withStrategic Workforce Planning insights, talent mobility and talent marketplace initiatives.
Work closely with Change teams to ensure organisational change and adoption are embedded throughout the program.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, business and transformation teams.
Manage complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure successful delivery against agreed outcomes.




Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
Requirements
Solid experience as aSenior Business Project Manager / Program Managerwithin a large corporate setting.
Demonstrated experience deliveringlarge-scale HR, People & Culture or workforce transformation programs.
Strong experience inOrganisational Design and organisational transformation.
Experience withJob Architecture / Job Frameworkswould be highly regarded.
Good understanding ofStrategic Workforce Planning, talent mobility and talent marketplace concepts.
Strong understanding of the role ofChange Managementin delivering successful business transformation.
Excellent core project management capability across planning, governance, RAID management, dependencies, financials and executive reporting.
Solid senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Previous experience withinBanking /insurance or financial services is preferred.
Comfortable operating within a large, complex and highly matrixed organisation.
