We are seeking an experienced and reliable Loader Operator to join our waste management team.

About the Role
As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a loader to support our waste management operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating a loader safely and efficiently
Loading, moving and stockpiling waste and recyclable materials
Maintaining clean and organised work areas
Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks
Following site safety, environmental and operational procedures
Working cooperatively with drivers, machine operators and site staff
Reporting equipment faults, hazards and incidents promptly
About You
We are looking for someone who:




Has previous loader or heavy machinery operating experience - 1-2 years
Holds the relevant plant/machinery tickets or licences
Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Waste management, recycling or civil construction experience is an advantage
