The role supports Return to Work Coordinators to enable protected, timely and sustainable return to work outcomes for department employees injured at work.
The successful candidate will provide specialist guidance, mentor RTWCs, deliver training and ensure compliance with workers compensation and injury management policies while collaborating with the department's insurer
