Financial Controller - PropertyInvestment/Development
Privately equity backed property company going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
The Role
managing a team of 5 including Senior Accountants and Accounts Officers
lead the evolution of finance from a traditional reporting function into a highly automated, in-sight driven commercial partner
establish a dedicated FP&A; capability supporting budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and decision support
systems integration and process improvement
oversee financial reporting and governance
create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
The Person
CA/CPA or CFA qualifications
experience in commercial finance, finance transformation or business partnering leadership roles
prior property investment, development or funds is essential
please note this is an initial 6 month fixed term role with the prospect for a permanent role.
