What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging, hands-on training in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration
Mentor and assess apprentices as they build skills and confidence
Partner with employers to support strong learner outcomes
Structure your days with autonomy and flexibility
Travel across the region including Brisbane, Gold Coast and North Queensland to train and assess
What You'll Bring
Refrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****, TAE***** or TAE*****) — or willingness to obtain
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current industry knowledge and solid hands-on experience
A genuine passion for mentoring and developing future tradies
