Job Description
Glenvill Homes seeks a State Workflow Manager for QLD to oversee, develop, and continuously improve operational workflows across the Queensland business.
You will standardise procedures, boost system usage, and drive efficiency from sales through construction delivery.
Reporting to the National Workflow Manager, you will identify bottlenecks, implement governance, and collaborate with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Permits, and Construction to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
