Join Our Specialist Endodontic Team – Dental Receptionist Opportunity
Specialist Endodontics is a specialist referral practice with clinics in Charlestown and East Maitland, supporting a team of 7 Endodontists and over 20 clinical and administrative staff.
We are proud of our supportive team culture, professional environment and long-standing staff, with many team members having been with the practice for several years.
Dental Receptionist – 3 to 4 Days per Week
This role is the first point of contact for both patients and referring practices.
You will play an important role in ensuring patients receive professional, organised and compassionate support throughout their treatment journey.
The position involves:
Managing appointments and patient enquiries
Processing referrals and correspondence
Liaising with referring dental practices
Providing professional front-desk support
Supporting the day-to-day flow of a busy specialist practice




We are looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and referrers
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Works well within a team environment
Has experience in dental or medical reception (preferred)
Is confident using practice management software or willing to learn
