DLUX TECH CORP PTY LTD We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Adobe Personalization, Journeys & Commerce to support enterprise digital transformation and technology initiatives involving Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, assess existing processes and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
The role will focus on digital experience, personalisation, customer journey orchestration and commerce solutions, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business and customer experience objectives.
The position will also support solution design, implementation, testing and continuous improvement across Adobe Experience Cloud and associated digital technologies.

Task & responsibilities The role will involve, but will not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Analyse, formulate and document client business requirements relating to digital experience, personalisation, customer journey orchestration and commerce solutions.
Work closely with clients, business users and stakeholders to understand business processes, customer journeys, operational requirements and technology needs.
Analyse existing business processes and workflows, identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate system functionality and process improvements.
Advise clients on personalisation, customer journey orchestration, digital experience and commerce strategies, aligned with their business objectives and customer experience goals.




Translate business requirements into functional requirements, specifications and technical solution designs for implementation by technical and development teams.
Design scalable functional solutions aligned with business requirements, technology capabilities and customer experience objectives.
Lead or participate in enterprise digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, DAM/MRM solutions, AI/Martech platforms and other associated technologies, as applicable to project and client requirements.
Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, solution documentation and other project artefacts required for the design, development and implementation of solutions.
Apply appropriate process and data modelling techniques to support transparent documentation of business and system requirements.
Support the development and execution of system testing and validation activities, including assisting with test plans and validating that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
Coordinate with clients, business users, technical teams, developers and other cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into solutions.
Provide guidance, recommendations and subject-matter input to support solution and project decision-making, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology capabilities and project objectives.
Participate in solution implementation, deployment and post-implementation activities, as required by business and project requirements.




Ensure compliance with organisational policies, confidentiality requirements, project delivery standards and applicable client requirements.
Specific responsibilities may vary depending on business, client and project requirements.
Qualification & experience Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects using Adobe Experience Cloud.
Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Personalization, Customer Journey Orchestration, and Digital Commerce solutions.
Experience working with one or more of the following Adobe technologies: o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) o Adobe Workfront o Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) o Adobe Journey Optimizer o Adobe Target o Adobe Analytics o Digital Asset Management (DAM) o Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Proven experience designing enterprise digital solution architecture for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of customer experience (CX), digital marketing technologies, and omnichannel engagement.
Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
Desirable Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
Experience with AI-driven marketing technologies and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
Knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
Agile and Scrum delivery experience.
