Your Nurse Australia is a growing healthcare recruitment and staffing company supporting aged care and healthcare organisations across Australia.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Junior Office Assistant to join our team at our Erina office for one afternoon per week.
This is a genuinely entry-level position.
No previous office experience or formal qualifications are required, and full training will be provided.
The role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in a qualified office environment and learn valuable administration, communication and workplace skills.
The Role
Working alongside our recruitment, payroll and compliance teams, you'll assist with straightforward office and administrative duties, including:
Organising and preparing uniforms for our healthcare workers
Maintaining uniform stock and keeping our storage area organised
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries
Basic computer data entry
Updating information within our systems
Scanning, filing and organising documents
Assisting with general office organisation
Supporting the wider team with simple administrative tasks




Helping ensure the office remains organised and professional
Other light administrative duties as required
About You
Experience isn't important to us – attitude is.

This is initially a casual position working:
1 day per week
Erina, Central Coast – office based
There may be opportunities for additional hours and greater responsibilities in the future for the right person.
