Job Description
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Lead Cook for our Melbourne kitchen.
You will assume leadership in production and execution of the department in the absence of sous or executive chef, while maintaining guest service and controlling food quality.
The role requires three years of fine dining experience, culinary training, and solid knowledge of sauces, butchery, and menu production.
You will train and develop staff and ensure sanitation and safety in all areas.
