We're looking for an experienced and motivatedRetail Managerto join the team atBlooms The Chemist Kenmore.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in alarge, busy pharmacy and retail environment, where your people leadership, commercial focus and pharmacy experience will make a real impact.
About the Role
As Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the day-to-day success of the store.
You'll lead and develop a team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and work closely with the broader pharmacy team to achieve strong commercial results.
We're looking for someone who is confident managing a large team and understands that outstanding people performance drives great business performance.
What We're Looking For
Previous retail management experience, ideally within pharmacy or a similar environment
Pharmacy experience is essential
Strong people management and leadership skills
A natural ability to motivate,



coach and develop team members
Strong commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
Experience working with KPIs, targets and performance measures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
Someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, high-volume retail environment
